Mike gained a thorough understanding of Utah's real estate market while working with Q10 Bonneville Real Estate Capital, one of the leading providers of commercial financing in the Intermountain West (bonneville.q10capital.com). As a portfolio asset manager and senior loan analyst, Mike oversaw the annual valuation and inspection of a multi-billion dollar portfolio of loans and underwrote and processed the applications and commitments of over a half-billion dollars in mortgage financing. Since 2007, Mike has originated loans for his own account as a director.

Mike also joined PPTC in 2011 and each year reviews a portfolio of commercial assets for his clients totaling tens of billions of dollars in value. Over the past five years alone, Mike has successfully represented over 650 appeals with a total property value of nearly five billion dollars.  These properties comprise all asset classes and have resulted in significant tax savings for his clients.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Portuguese, both from Brigham Young University. He is a licensed real estate sales agent in Utah and continues his education through courses in real estate, appraisal and commercial loan origination. Mike and his wife, Jamie, keep busy raising their six children in Woods Cross, Utah.

 Steve has over 30 years of experience in the property tax field.  He and his team have won thousands of successful appeals resulting in tax savings totaling millions of dollars.  The appeals have covered all types of commercial and residential properties.  While his clients include some of the most prominent property owners in the Intermountain West, each client is valued and given the same professional service.  Steve earned BA, JD and MBA degrees from Brigham Young University.  He has also worked in real estate development and has been a real estate broker for over 30 years.
